Tanggungjawab

  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Build and optimize scalable data processing frameworks using Python, SQL, Spark, and PySpark to support AI and analytics workloads.
  • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging embeddings, vector databases, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Develop and deploy Machine Learning models, including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to migrate and modernize Cloudera/Hadoop workloads to AWS cloud platforms.
  • Build cloud-native AI/ML solutions using AWS services such as SageMaker, Glue, EMR, Athena, Redshift, and S3.
  • Develop robust MLOps frameworks for model lifecycle management, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and governance.
  • Design scalable AI architectures that leverage enterprise data platforms while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI, GenAI, and LLM technologies to enhance business capabilities and customer experiences.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into innovative AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure AI models and applications meet quality, compliance, performance, and operational excellence standards.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Spark, and PySpark for large-scale data processing and AI/ML solution development.
  • Extensive experience with the Cloudera/Hadoop ecosystem , including:
    • HDFS
    • Hive
    • Impala
    • Spark
    • Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including:
    • Amazon S3
    • AWS Glue
    • EMR
    • Athena
    • Redshift
    • SageMaker
  • Proven experience onboarding, migrating, or modernizing Cloudera/Hadoop workloads to AWS.
  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning lifecycle management, including:
    • Feature Engineering
    • Model Development
    • Model Evaluation
    • Model Deployment
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, including:
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • Embeddings
    • Vector Databases
    • LLM Integration
  • Experience implementing MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and model governance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data engineering capabilities.
  • Experience designing scalable, production-grade AI and analytics solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LangChain and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise with Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI services.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or OpenSearch.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized AI/ML deployments.
  • Financial Services and Banking domain experience.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, responsible AI, and model risk management.
