About the role

Cat Supermarket is seeking an experienced Accounts & Admin Executive / Senior Executive to support accounting and administrative operations of our growing retail business. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and capable of supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee full set of accounts

• Review daily sales, expenses, stock-related costs, and petty cash

• Assist in month-end closing, audit, and financial reporting

• Supervise junior accounts/admin staff and ensure task accuracy

• Monitor compliance with internal controls and company policies

• Coordinate with suppliers, auditors, banks, and relevant authorities

• Support management in budgeting and cost control

Requirements

• LCCI/ Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Familiar with SQL & AUTOCOUNT Accounting System & E-INVOICE

• 3–5 years relevant working experience (retail/supermarket experience preferred)

• Able to handle accounts independently with minimal supervision

• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
