Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Costing Executive to manage tender costing and pricing submissions. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring competitive yet profitable tender proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Review tender specifications and requirements to ensure accurate costing.
• Collaborate with procurement and project teams to gather cost data and supplier quotations.
• Prepare tender documents, cost breakdowns, and pricing schedules for submission.
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations to management for tender strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender submission requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in costing, tender preparation, or a related role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for costing and data analysis
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Resilient and able to perform well under pressure
• Able to manage multiple tender submissions and meet tight deadlines
