• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Take customer orders accurately and assist with serving food and beverages.
• Prepare and arrange food according to company SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, dining area, and workstations.
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant.
• Refill food, beverages, and other supplies when required.
• Assist the cashier, kitchen, and other sections when needed.
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean and properly maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous F&B or restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Friendly, hardworking, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
