JOB VACANCY – F&B SUPERVISOR

Location: Senawang (inside Factory Samsung)
Position: F&B Supervisor
Salary: RM 2000 – RM 3000 (Base on experience and skill)

Job Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
-Previous experience as a Supervisor / Senior Crew / Team Leader is preferred.
-Good leadership and communication skills.
-Able to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
-Able to handle daily F&B operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, stock control and customer service.
-Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
-Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
-Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
-Able to handle staff issues and resolve operational problems.
-Must have F&B experience.

Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage daily F&B operations.
-Monitor staff attendance, performance and work discipline.
-Ensure food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
-Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage.
-Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
-Ensure staff follow company SOPs and food safety requirements.
-Assist in training new employees.
-Prepare daily operational reports when required.
