Project Executive

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Project Executive to support project coordination, site activities, material delivery, documentation, and day-to-day project execution. This role requires someone who is comfortable travelling to project sites and coordinating closely with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities from planning to completion.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and support site activities.
• Coordinate delivery and movement of materials, equipment, and tools to project sites.
• Assist in collecting, checking, and delivering materials when required.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, installers, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, work progress, and outstanding tasks.
• Follow up on site issues and ensure required actions are completed on time.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, delivery orders, site records, and progress updates.
• Assist with site surveys, measurements, inspections, and basic technical coordination.
• Ensure materials and equipment required for installation are available before scheduled work.
• Coordinate manpower and installation schedules where required.
• Update management on project status, delays, risks, and site issues.
• Assist with project handover and completion documentation.
• Perform other project and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to travel frequently to project sites.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, organised, responsive, and willing to perform hands-on operational work.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and project documentation.
• Technical or site experience is an advantage.

You will be involved directly in project sites, delivery coordination, materials, contractors, and project execution.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
