We're Hiring — Field Application Engineer (FAE) | Computing & AI Solutions

Are you passionate about AI, cloud computing, and cutting-edge ARM-based technologies? We are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented Field Application Engineer to join our team.

What You'll Do

Software Porting

Help key customers set up environments, compile software, and port applications to the ARM platform, while driving AI framework adoption among partners.

Code Optimisation

Identify performance bottlenecks, lead optimisation efforts, and guide customers through performance testing to ensure their applications run at their best.

Issue Handling

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across customer software, supercomputing platforms, and AI model deployments to keep business operations running smoothly.

Technical Enablement

Conduct product training sessions to help partners get the most out of ARM-based CPU/NPU technologies and solutions.

Solution Incubation

Work closely with partners to co-design, build, and adapt general and intelligent computing solutions from concept to delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in cloud and computing — project design, planning, execution, or operations
• Proficient in one or more: C / C++ / Fortran / Java / Python / .NET
• Comfortable working in Linux environments
• Familiar with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, MindSpore, or PaddlePaddle — with experience in model training, tuning, and inference deployment
• Strong communicator with clear logical thinking, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative attitude
