Qualifications & experience

• Proficient in project management software and tools like AutoCAD, BIM, Microsoft Office tools, Project etc.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction industry including project site experience.
• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or any related engineering field (or equivalent experience).
• Must willing to travel/outstation due to project needs/site visit/site inspection.
• Excellent in problem solving and root cause analysis.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate M&E works with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety of M&E installations.
• Liaise with the client, design team, and other stakeholders on M&E-related matters.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for handover to the client.
• Report on the progress of M&E works and any issues encountered during the project.
• Monitor M&E project costs and budget, ensuring cost-e active solutions without compromising quality.
• To ensure Safety Measure is carried out.
• To prepare Monthly Progress claim to PM for review and submission.
