HR Manager
with a strong background in the
Air & Sea Freight Forwarding industry
to join our Singapore team.
Key Requirements
Minimum
3 years of HR experience
within an
Air Freight, Sea Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or International Transportation company
Strong understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics working environment
Good knowledge of
Singapore employment regulations and HR practices
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration
Experience supporting operational and commercial teams within a freight forwarding environment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work independently and establish effective HR processes
Fluent written and spoken
English
Russian language capability will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of HR activities for the Singapore office
Lead recruitment for freight forwarding, operations, sales, commercial, and corporate positions
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore regulations
Manage onboarding, employee documentation, performance reviews, leave, benefits, and employee relations
Support management in manpower planning and organisational development
Coordinate payroll-related HR matters and maintain accurate employee records
Build a strong company culture and support the development of an international workforce
Ensure HR practices are aligned with the operational needs of the
Air & Sea Freight Forwarding business
