Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, develop strategies, and drive business growth while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient company functioning
• Lead and supervise employees to achieve high performance and operational goals
• Develop and implement business and operational strategies to support company growth and improvement
• Monitor business performance, control costs, and enhance operational efficiency through data analysis and process optimization
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to foster collaboration and business development
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for business growth and operational improvements
• Prepare detailed reports and provide timely operational updates to company directors for informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations to maintain legal and operational standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented or ICT environment, enhancing adaptability and sector knowledge

Other Information

• At least 5 years of relevant management or operational experience is preferred to effectively lead and manage business functions
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive team performance and resolve challenges
• Good organisational and business management abilities to coordinate resources and streamline operations
