TechUP.sg is expanding our network of dependable developers to support selected special projects across web, mobile, and custom software development.

This opportunity is best suited for developers who take ownership of their work, care deeply about quality, and are comfortable working in a flexible, project-based environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong software development fundamentals and proven project experience

A quality-first mindset, with hands-on experience in quality assurance and quality control

Ability to develop and execute test plans, conduct code reviews, and resolve defects before delivery

Exceptional attention to detail, including functionality, usability, performance and security

Ability to interpret requirements, identify gaps and raise concerns early

Consistent delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards

Experience using Git and structured development workflows

Clear and responsive communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with designers, developers, and project managers

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing risks

Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools is preferred

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting client information

Applicants should be prepared to share a portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of relevant projects.

Engagement Structure:

This is a project-based engagement, with no guarantee of a regular or continuous flow of projects.

Remuneration:

Strictly based on a profit-sharing model. The profit-sharing arrangement will vary from project to project, depending on factors such as scope, complexity, budget, responsibilities, and contribution.
