Job Summary
You will lead site safety efforts by conducting inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing safety documentation, and driving corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment on construction projects.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular site safety inspections to identify hazards and mitigate risks on construction sites
Ensure strict compliance with Singapore WSH Act, regulations, and site safety requirements to uphold workplace safety standards
Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and inductions to communicate safety protocols and foster a safety culture
Prepare, maintain, and manage risk assessments (RA), safe work procedures (SWP), permits to work (PTW), and other safety documentation accurately
Report safety incidents promptly and coordinate follow-up on corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
Requirements
Valid WSH Coordinator qualification/certification recognized in Singapore
Proven WSH/site safety experience, preferably in construction projects
Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, regulations, and safety procedures
Ability to prepare and manage RA, SWP, PTW, and safety documentation
Effective communication, coordination, and reporting skills to support safety management
