About the Roles

We are seeking a BIM Modeller to support building construction projects in Sembawang. This permanent position offers a structured 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm) with an attractive Basic Salary + AWS + VB package. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to BIM coordination, digital modelling, and construction documentation across project stages.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Apply company BIM standards, workflows, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
• Develop and update detailed project models and construction drawings using BIM software to support design and construction activities.
• Conduct quality reviews on digital project models to verify accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Establish and manage BIM workflows throughout different project phases to enhance project coordination and efficiency.
• Create BIM projects and organise project data to ensure digital files remain accurate, current, and properly maintained.
• Coordinate clash detection activities and support resolution of design conflicts during construction.
• Prepare and revise Revit models and coordination drawings according to project progress and design updates.
• Produce 2D and 3D shop drawings as well as as-built drawings for construction execution and project records.
• Collaborate with Project Document Controllers to facilitate accurate and timely exchange of project information between teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM modelling tools.
• Experienced in applying BIM processes for large construction projects from tender stage through to completion.
• Able to interpret and understand technical drawings.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
