Responsibilities:

Support the Asia Compliance team with day-to-day compliance and regulatory matters, including:

• Assisting with AML/KYC due diligence processes, screening checks (sanctions, adverse media, PEP), and periodic compliance reviews.
• Maintaining compliance registers and documentation, including breaches, complaints, conflicts, employee declarations, and training records.
• Assisting with preparing regulatory filings, internal reports, board materials, compliance monitoring, and policy/procedure updates.
• Supporting compliance-related projects involving governance, risk management, data management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Conducting regulatory and background research.

This role will provide exposure to compliance matters across Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
