About The Role
The Field Marketer ensures product availability, visibility, and promotional impact across assigned retail outlets, playing a vital role in DKSH's Sales function. This role supports the effective execution of merchandising strategies that drive brand presence and customer engagement across assigned territories.
What You Will Deliver
Ensure product availability, visibility, and optimized promotional impact across assigned retail outlets to maximize sales performance
Support sales representatives in managing day-to-day merchandising activities against pre-set objectives, prioritizing tasks for maximum effectiveness
Execute merchandising activities across assigned businesses and territories, including product portfolio introductions, marketing plan execution, order taking, display set-ups, and in-store merchandising
Monitor and report on competitor activities and products through timely and accurate inputs to competition reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance merchandising processes, plans, and overall customer satisfaction
Support internal stakeholders in developing and strengthening relationships with key customers
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role, with merchandising experience being an advantage
Basic knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors, and customers
Foundational knowledge of assigned territories, products, and services, with strong merchandising skills
Fluency in the local language, with proficiency in English both written and spoken being an advantage
Willingness and ability to travel as required
