About Horizon

Horizon is building financial infrastructure across 31 jurisdictions in Asia — Grade A nodes with integrated edge data centres, operating on our own institutional asset management platform. The company is under formation. The IP is being domiciled in Singapore, and all software development and platform operations will be performed in Singapore. The capital vehicle is a Singapore VCC managed by a MAS-licensed fund manager, banked with a Tier 1 Singapore bank.

The role

You will lead pre-subscription onboarding with asset management institutions across Asia and beyond, taking relationships from first contact through to anchor commitment.

Responsibilities

• Open and hold senior relationships at institutional asset managers, targeting institutions above US$50B AUM
• Run the pre-subscription onboarding sequence end to end: briefing, diligence support, documentation, commitment
• Represent Horizon at CIO, COO and Head of Distribution level across Asian and global markets
• Work directly with the founder and the appointed fund manager on structuring and conversion
• Maintain institutional-grade records of every counterparty interaction

Requirements

• A live, senior network across institutional asset management — Asia first, global welcome
• Demonstrable record of institutional origination or distribution
• Comfort operating in a company at formation stage, without established process
• Willingness to travel across the Horizon footprint
• All candidates complete a competence assessment as part of selection

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary SGD 420,000, set above the Singapore market band for institutional coverage
• Performance bonus tied to anchor conversion
