Key Accountabilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property management industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with property developers, Joint Management Bodies (JMBs), Management Corporations (MCs), and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Attend meetings, networking events, and site visits to introduce the company's services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new projects.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities.
• Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
• Attending conferences and industry events.
• To comply ISOP for Quality Management System effectiveness and to ensure compliances to the respective development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree specialised in marketing, business development, property management or related discipline.
• Conversant with Strata Management Act
• Total Work Experience: 7 to 10 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clear strategic mindset with analytical focus.
• Marketing and product development skills.
• Project management, problem solving, organizational and planning skills
• Business plan and report writing skills
• Computer literate with ability to create business proposal presentation slides including graphics, tables, forms and charts.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
