To provides day-to-day administrative support across all major HR functions, onboarding, payroll processing, preparation of HR letters, benefits administration and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, and offboarding. Maintain and organize employee personnel records, ensuring HR documentation complies with applicable Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and verify employee attendance, leave, and overtime records. Handle routine employee HR inquiries and assist with the collection and preparation of payroll-related information.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirement:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with or without relevant experience are welcome to apply; fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Strong written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with basic skills in data entry, data management, and spreadsheet reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsible, with strong confidentiality and integrity. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and proactively.
- Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia. Familiarity with basic Malaysian employment laws and regulations is preferred. Prior experience in HR and administration will be an added advantage.
