MST Golf Group is looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of front-end and back-end solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Manage databases, server-side logic, and application security.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Ensure applications follow security best practices and comply with relevant standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and project estimation.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and development guidelines.
• Support production systems and perform maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
• To carry out any other duties as instructed by the superior from time to time.
• To undertake any other job function as assigned by the superior and Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years and above of professional experience in web application development.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining large-scale web applications.
• Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior developers.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and database management.
