NORMA is a new cocktail-led venue in Singapore built around world-class drinks, curated music and private VIP experiences. We're looking for someone to run the floor and support the day-to-day operation of the business.

The role

• Lead floor service across the main bar, communal table and VIP rooms — you set the tone guests feel when they walk in
• Manage reservations, VIP bookings and guest relations, including regulars and corporate clients
• Support the owner on daily operations: rostering, opening and closing procedures, cash and POS reconciliation, stock counts
• Coordinate with the bar and kitchen teams so service runs cleanly through late nights and DJ programming
• Train and supervise service staff; help build the service standards from scratch
• Assist with licensing, compliance and supplier admin

You should have

• 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a bar, restaurant or hotel F&B outlet
• Confident, warm floor presence — comfortable reading a room and handling VIP guests
• Working knowledge of POS and reservation systems, plus basic P&L or cost awareness
• Availability for evening and late-night service, including weekend
