Job Summary
Serve as the appointed Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to ensure compliance with WSH legislation and maintain safe site operations.
Responsibilities
Act as the appointed Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) for the occupier, ensuring compliance with WSH regulations
Execute duties mandated by WSH legislation to maintain workplace safety standards
Monitor and align site operations with WSH compliance requirements to mitigate risks
Prepare and submit accurate WSH documentation to relevant authorities in a timely manner
Required competencies and certifications
Possess a valid WSHO license to legally perform WSHO duties
Demonstrate at least 2 years of post-WSHO registration experience working as a WSHO
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Hold additional certifications in Risk Management and CSSA to enhance safety oversight capabilities
Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-national work environment
