eyewear solutions that support their vision needs while complementing their
lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional
customer service and create a positive shopping experience
Understand customers'
needs and recommend suitable eyewear products and solutions
Assist customers with
frame selection and provide product recommendations based on their
preferences and lifestyle
Achieve individual
and store sales targets
Conduct product
demonstrations and respond confidently to customer enquiries
Maintain visual
merchandising and store presentation standards
Support stock
replenishment and daily store operations
Requirements
Strong communication
and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with
a positive and proactive attitude
Comfortable working
towards sales targets in a retail environment
Able to work rotating
shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
Prior retail, sales,
or customer service experience will be an advantage
