Job Summary

In this role, you will manage and improve Lead-to-Cash business processes, workflows and SOPs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective process and system solutions. You’ll also support system configuration and ensure the systems are aligned with business operations. The role involves process improvement, governance, documentation and change management.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Design, improve and document Lead-to-Cash processes, workflows and SOPs.

• Translate business requirements into system requirements and configuration recommendations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and AI-enabled solutions.

• Support system enhancements, UAT, change implementation and user adoption.

• Monitor process performance, identify gaps and recommend practical improvements.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, process owners and external consultants to deliver process and system improvements.

• Ensure processes, system configurations and documentation remain aligned and properly governed.

About You

• Experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement or Systems Enablement.

• Strong understanding of process design, workflow documentation and requirements gathering.

• Comfortable working with system configuration and translating business needs into system solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in automation, AI, transformation projects or UAT will be an added advantage.
