Job Description

A leading global healthcare and medical technology company providing innovative solutions across medical imaging, diagnostics and advanced therapies. The company focuses on improving patient outcomes and helping healthcare providers deliver more efficient, accessible and sustainable care.Here are the key responsibilities for the Siemens Healthineers AR Specialist role:

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank and OTC activities.
• Monitor workflow queues and ensure outstanding/interim account items are cleared promptly.
• Perform clearing, reconciliations and intercompany transactions in SAP.
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and comply with established controls, policies and procedures.
• Handle internal customer queries and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Act as a key contact for process changes and new business requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and governance processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Support team development and contribute to a high-performance culture.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have 3-7 years of Accounts Receivable/OTC experience, with strong hands-on SAP knowledge covering cash application, clearing, reconciliations and intercompany transactions. They will be analytical, proactive and process-driven, with strong stakeholder management skills and experience improving SOPs, controls and finance processes.
