We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hotel Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Job Overview

As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring flawless execution across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, and Facilities Maintenance. Working closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams, you will drive operational excellence, elevate service standards, and nurture a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance) to ensure smooth workflows, high guest satisfaction, and strict adherence to safety and brand standards.

Guest Experience Management: Serve as the main point of escalation for guest relations, resolving inquiries promptly and maintaining top-tier guest satisfaction scores.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and foster an inclusive culture for the operational staff. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and team-building activities to maintain high service standards.

Resource & Revenue Support: Monitor daily room inventory, occupancy, and operational costs. Collaborate with the Revenue and Sales teams to support occupancy targets and yield goals.

Vendor & Facility Oversight: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors for maintenance, laundry, and property upkeep.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with local workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as hotel licensing requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

At least 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in hotel operations, preferably within a boutique, luxury, or lifestyle hotel environment.

Strong operational knowledge across Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations.

Proven leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules as required by operational needs.

Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and general MS Office applications.
