Digital Product Manager – Retail Digital Banking (Advanced)

Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable/Convertible, subject to performance/headcount)
Salary Range: $6,500 - $11,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours

About the Role
Our client, a leading bank in Singapore, is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join its Digital division. In this role, you will drive digital product propositions and customer journeys for retail banking, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to grow online channel share and deliver data-driven digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with Product teams to formulate sound product propositions that appeal to customers, and conduct experiments to assess market acceptance, iterating towards the desired outcome.
2. Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders on customer immersions to understand customer needs and define digital experiences across touchpoints.
3. Drive customer immersions through customer feedback and market research to define efficient, customer-friendly UI experiences.
4. Study customer profiles, segments and transactional behaviours to gain deeper insight into problem statements and opportunities.
5. Develop ideas to grow online acquisition channel share by leveraging digital platforms.
6. Analyse internal data to identify opportunities to increase digital adoption.
7. Engage Product and Business Analytics teams on targeted marketing campaigns.
8. Lead and coordinate the development of key digital initiatives with various stakeholders, from onboarding through to fulfilment.
9. Use market insights and data to propose enhancement recommendations for retail banking and personal investing initiatives.
10. Support post-implementation tasks including user training, production issue investigation and escalation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital product management, retail banking or digital innovation.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product and customer experience decisions.
• Experience in customer journey design and UI/UX best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
