Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of commercial leadership experience within FMCG, consumer goods, beverages, or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading a country, business unit, or large commercial organization with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong experience in distributor-led and route-to-market business models.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial transformation, business growth, and market expansion.
• Strong strategic thinking coupled with the ability to execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across both local and regional teams.
• Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
