Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data processing, transactions, and updates within the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or customers' systems.

• Manage daily communications with customers via email and phone regarding operational matters.

• Verify billing summaries against supporting operational documents to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the Operations team to schedule and arrange inbound and outbound activities within required timelines.

• Escalate any irregularities, discrepancies, or customer issues immediately to the direct supervisor.

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management
  

Job Requirements:

• Any customer service experience or warehouse admin experience is a plus.
