Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipment permits, airway bills, and bills of lading, ensuring alignment with Avitron sales/commercial invoices
  • Scan and maintain electronic filing of all shipment-related documents
  • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
  • Collaborate with Finance team for reporting to Singapore Customs
  • Upload and process payments for freight forwarder services
