Management Trainee – Bowling Center

The Management Trainee is responsible for learning and supporting the daily operations of the bowling center, with the objective of developing the skills required for future supervisory or managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall daily operations of the bowling center, including front desk, lane management, and customer service
• Ensure smooth operation of bowling lanes, equipment, and facilities
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and basic team supervision
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the premises
• Assist in sales activities, promotions, and event coordination (e.g., tournaments, group bookings)
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as reporting, cash handling, and inventory control
• Learn and comply with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
