What you'll build

• A style system that travels. Not a brand guideline PDF nobody opens — a real point of view on composition, color, tone, and style means in practice, documented clearly enough that it holds up on any format, applied by anyone on the team.
• Taste that scales with the company. You'll set the bar editors and regional leads build to, and work with product, data, and the CEO so "beautiful" and "high-performing" (CTR, engagement) become the same goal, not a trade-off.

Is this you?

• Can you look at a raw, unedited celebrity photo and instantly know the crop, the grade, the treatment that turns it into something a magazine would put on its cover?
• Do you know how to make a digital cover beautiful and thumb-stopping — not just one or the other?
• Can you take something raw and inconsistent — a fan video, a wire photo, a partner's clumsy export — and turn it into something people watch all the way through, genuinely engaged?

Key Requirements

• Background: Solid experience in senior creative, art direction, or editorial roles within advertising agencies, high-volume digital publishing, or media/magazine editorial environments.
• Visual Mastery: Hands-on expertise in image curation, cropping, color grading, and video editing/direction (turning raw assets into premium visual content).
• Editorial Vision: Proven ability to build visual style systems and direct content that balances high aesthetics ("cover-quality") with strong performance metrics (CTR, engagement).
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio required, showing end-to-end creative execution across digital and mobile formats.
