We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Group Accounting Manager to join our Finance Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership, working independently and contributing beyond day-to-day financial operations. You will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and effectiveness of the Group's accounting and financial reporting across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical accounting knowledge combined with sound business acumen and the ability to understand the wider commercial implications behind financial information.
As a key member of the Finance Operations team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the Group and contribute towards strengthening financial processes, controls and reporting as Kliqxe continues its global growth journey.

What you’ll be doing:
Group Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Manage and oversee the Group's day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities across relevant entities.
- Review and manage accounting entries, journal transactions and general ledger activities.
- Perform and oversee bank reconciliations and support effective cash flow management.
- Manage intercompany transactions, billing and reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of monthly and year-end financial reports across the Group.
- Support Group financial consolidation and country-by-country reporting requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial information across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Financial Management & Business Support
- Support financial planning and analysis activities, including the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful insights to support business and management decision-making.
- Apply sound business judgement when reviewing financial information and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
- Work closely with the CFO and relevant stakeholders to support the Group's financial objectives and priorities.
Compliance & Controls
- Support and manage accounting, tax, audit and other statutory compliance requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
- Ensure appropriate accounting practices and financial controls are maintained across the Group.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and operational efficiencies.
- Support the continued development and strengthening of Finance Operations processes as the organisation grows.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across different countries and business functions.
- Act as a trusted finance partner by providing clear, accurate and timely financial information.
- Manage relationships with relevant external stakeholders, including auditors, accountants, tax advisors and other professional service providers where required.
- Contribute towards building scalable finance processes suitable for a growing international organisation.
What you may need to succeed:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or another relevant discipline with strong accounting-related coursework.
- A recognised professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent, would be highly preferred. Candidates who are actively pursuing a recognised professional qualification will also be considered.
- At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with experience at a senior or managerial level.
- Experience gained within an accounting, audit or professional services environment would be advantageous.
- Strong and well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and financial management.
- Sound business acumen with the ability to understand financial information within a broader commercial and operational context.
- Experience managing financial reporting, reconciliations, intercompany transactions and accounting activities across multiple entities would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
