Planning Representative

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all owned, hired equipment meets legislative and operational standards.
• Ensure the utilization of equipment adhered to the regulatory, product and customers’ requirements.
• Coordinating with internal department and external parties on equipment survey inspections, modifications, preparations according to the requirements.
• Provide necessary support to internal department on insurance claim when required.
• Work closely with divisional management, internal department and provide technical support and expertise to both existing and potential customers.
• Management of tank on-hire/off-hire process, asset disposal program, KPIs and so on.
• Continual improvement of systems and processes related to equipment management and utilization, including specification, modification, condition, location, and status.
• Support development of contract business through effective management and maintenance of owned, hired equipment.
• Other ad-hoc duties and initiatives assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Operations, or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably has a fair understanding and working knowledge of ISO tank specifications and fittings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in IT and relevant computer applications.
• Strong team player with good initiative and ability to work independently
