Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network and infrastructure systems
Conduct troubleshooting, testing, inspections, repairs, and system restoration
Respond to system faults and minimize service downtime
Prepare maintenance records and service reports
Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues
Follow all required safety, security, and maintenance procedures
Participate in after-hours standby duties according to roster
Requirements
Diploma / Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, IT, or related field
Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, or infrastructure operations is an advantage
Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willing to work on-site and undertake standby duties
