Brief Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Executive or Senior E-Commerce Executive to enhance growth across multiple online platforms. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation to drive successful e-commerce initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the e-commerce business across various online platforms.
• Develop the e-commerce campaign calendar, evaluating promotional opportunities, pricing, and product assortment.
• Direct internal campaign decisions and collaborate with external e-commerce enablers for execution.
• Set the strategic direction for online marketplaces, ensuring accurate and timely content execution in alignment with brand priorities.
• Manage the company website as a vital source of brand and product information, coordinating updates and enhancements.
• Develop additional online partnerships, overseeing onboarding, listings, promotions, and performance management.
• Monitor and analyse key e-commerce metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Coordinate stock availability and promotions, liaising with internal teams to support key initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure efficient e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant e-commerce experience, preferably with major online marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, product listings, and online customer journeys.
• Proven ability to analyse sales data and implement business strategies for improvement.
• Experience in planning and executing e-commerce campaigns, from assessment to review.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
