BIM ENGINEER / SENIOR BIM ENGINEER

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Salary: Up to RM 9,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate detailed structural technical drawings using Revit.
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D structural models using Revit, ensuring model integrity and compliance with BIM standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure seamless model integration.
• Established Common Data Environment (CDE) protocols using BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud,
• Focus on multidisciplinary coordination, model integration, workflow optimization, and compliance with BIM standards to ensure high-quality deliverables and project efficiency.
• Produce construction documentation, including general arrangement drawings, post tension reinforced concrete detailing, and structural steel layouts using Autodesk Revit
• Lead clash detection and resolution between structural elements and translating technical structural clashes into solutions

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction or any related discipline.
• At least 3 years of work experience in BIM modelling and structural design projects.
• Proficient in using Autodesk REVIT software
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
