Designation: Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant

Department: Operations & Logistics

Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,000

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, record, label and restock inventory.
• Conduct stocktakes, maintain accurate records and report low stock in advance.
• Prepare and pack cutlery sets and buffet setup equipment.
• Receive, check and clear returned teardown equipment.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, sanitised, maintained and stored properly.
• Report missing, damaged or defective equipment promptly.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers, third party vendors/suppliers for loading, unloading, collection and returns.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised storeroom.
• Perform other reasonable store and logistics duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min 2 years or more in related experience is required.
• Responsible, proactive and a good team player.
• Able to perform manual-handling duties safely, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Follow all workplace safety, hygiene and food-safety procedures.
