ABOUT YOUR ROLE

You will perform all duties of a Forklift Driver and help in moving raw materials, components, and finished products safely and efficiently between warehouses.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Under general supervision, operate motorized material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts with prong and chuck attachments, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to ensure efficient workflow within the facility.
• Move raw materials, components, and finished products safely and efficiently between warehouses, Assist with stock rotation and inventory management by following established methods such as FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out) to ensure product freshness and proper flow.
• Execute material movements and transactions accurately within the inventory management systems, including Magma and Odyssey, ensuring real-time location and quantity visibility.
• Inspect and report any damage to racking, aisles, or storage areas detected during material movement.
• Load & unload back up materials as required, specifically during changeovers involving adhesives like C3001 and TS79N, to maintain continuous production flow.
• Help to prepare mixing component materials by staging, counting, and presenting the correct items for the mixing process.
• Perform daily safety and operational inspections on all assigned MHE before operation, promptly reporting any defects or need for maintenance to the immediate supervisor.
• Take good care of MHE, maintaining cleanliness and operating them according to safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure proper stacking, securing, and marking of materials to prevent damage and optimize storage space.
• Detect and report to the immediate supervisor or to the Quality Control Department any damaged goods, shortages, unidentified materials, or other unusual conditions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and facility guidelines at all times.
• Perform operator job, if required.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• SPM/ Diploma
• 1 years + of experience as Forklift Driver
• Forklift Driving License is good to have
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Good communication and being able to relate well to others.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
