VanteX Academy is a business pillar under Meraque Group, focused on developing and delivering technology-centric training and capability development programmes aligned with the future of work and Meraque’s core technology ecosystem.

Our programmes may cover areas such as Drone Technology, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, GIS, Digital Technology, and other emerging technologies.

We are looking for a Training & Programme Development Intern to work closely with the Lead of VanteX Academy in researching, developing, preparing, and supporting the delivery of innovative training programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and support the development of drone, robotics, AI, automation and technology training programmes
• Assist in preparing presentation slides, training materials and business proposals
• Support the Lead of VanteX Academy on projects and initiatives
• Assist with daily academy operations, programme coordination and administration
• Contribute ideas for new programmes and learning initiatives
• Support ad-hoc projects and activities

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree students pursuing Business, Education, HR, Marketing, Multimedia or related fields
• Good research, communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable with PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Proactive, creative and willing to learn
• Strong interest in drones, robotics, AI and emerging technologies
