  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and good command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn, strong communication, and integrity when handling confidential information.

Tanggungjawab

  

  • Data Entry: Process invoices, petty cash, and payment vouchers into the accounting system.
  • Reconciliation: Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
  • Month-End Support: Help prepare journal entries, accruals, and financial summaries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital filing systems for audit readiness.
  • Admin Tasks: Support the team with general clerical duties and ad-hoc reports
