Job Description

Responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards. Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation. Prepare ingredients, operate kitchen equipment safely, monitor cooking times and temperatures, and ensure the kitchen area is clean and organized. Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation during busy periods.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Cook.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods.
• Ability to prepare Indian and/or restaurant-style dishes according to recipes.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Team player with good communication and a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to handle kitchen duties.
