We are looking for an experienced and dependable (

Part-Time) Senior Accounts Executive

who is able to independently manage the company's full set of accounts.

This position is suitable for an experienced accounting professional looking for a stable, long-term part-time role with a

2-day work week

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts independently

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Maintain General Ledger (GL) and accurate accounting records

Perform bank and account reconciliations

Handle monthly and year-end closing

Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and relevant management reports

Prepare and submit GST returns

Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation

Monitor payments, receivables and cash flow

Manage payroll and CPF matters where required

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and other relevant parties if required

Prepare schedules and documentation for annual audit and tax matters

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records

Handle other accounting-related matters as required

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

Strong hands-on experience in full-set accounting

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Familiar with Singapore GST and general accounting requirements

Experience with accounting software

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Organised, meticulous and responsible

Able to meet monthly reporting and statutory deadlines

Working Arrangement

2 full working days per week

Working days can be discussed, although some flexibility may be required during month-end closing, GST submission and audit periods.
