About the Role

We are looking for a consultative and commercially driven Talent Development Consultant to help organisations identify their people and organisational challenges and recommend practical, impactful solutions.

This is a client-facing role combining talent advisory, stakeholder engagement, solution consulting, relationship management and business development. You will engage business owners, HR leaders and management teams, manage client opportunities and contribute towards revenue and gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage business owners, HR leaders and management teams to understand their business and workforce challenges.
• Conduct discovery discussions to identify gaps relating to leadership, performance, capability, engagement, culture and succession.
• Recommend suitable solutions, including leadership development, talent development, power skills, team building, employee engagement, organisational assessments and e-learning.
• Prepare and present professional proposals and solution recommendations.
• Manage client enquiries, follow-ups, proposals and opportunities from initial discussion through to successful implementation.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to expand solution adoption and deepen client partnerships.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and contribute towards assigned revenue and gross profit targets.
• Collaborate with the Product Development, Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Keep abreast of developments in talent management, organisational development, HR technology and AI-enabled learning.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate training, learning and development, talent development, organisational development, HR solutions, HR business partnering, consulting or client-facing advisory work.
• Experience engaging business owners, HR leaders, department heads or senior management stakeholders.
• Experience preparing and presenting proposals or business solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Able to understand organisational challenges and translate them into suitable business solutions.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working towards performance and revenue targets.
• Strong ownership, follow-through and pipeline-management discipline.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language proficiency would be an advantage.
