SHIFT SCHEDULE
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $18/day allowance
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $24/day allowance
WHAT YOU'LL GET

YOUR ROLE
Operate vacuum coating machines to produce thin-film AR coatings according to production requirements.
Operate Intec/LP machines and perform long-layer BS coating.
Monitor machine operations and achieve daily & monthly production targets.
Use spectrometers and metrology equipment to check coating quality.
Perform machine checks and scheduled preventive maintenance.
Record machine runs, test results, downtime and production data accurately.
Handle and clean optical components carefully.
Follow Work Instructions, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Perform other duties as assigned.
