Job Vacancy: Front Office Staff (Seeds Hotel Putrajaya)

We are a small and friendly budget hotel looking for a reliable and customer-focused Front Office Staff to join our team.

Location: Seeds Hotel Putrajaya, Presint 15, Jalan Diplomatik, W.P. Putrajaya

Position Type: Full-time / Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out

Handle reservations (walk-in, phone, and online bookings)

Answer guest inquiries and provide basic information about the area

Manage payments and maintain accurate records

Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance when needed

Requirements:

Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude

Basic computer skills

Willing to work shifts (morning, afternoon & night) including weekends and public holidays

Prior hotel/front desk experience is an advantage but not required
