Working Conditions

• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Candidates residing in or near the Bedok area are preferred
• Must be physically fit — able to carry devices up to 10kg (e.g. printers)

Required Skills
Technical Skills

• End-user computing support (PCs, peripherals, and basic software, including Windows OS)
• Basic support for multifunction printers and scanners
• Basic support for meeting room facilities (e.g., projectors)
• Basic network connectivity troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi)

Operational / Process Knowledge

• Awareness of security and incident-handling procedures
• Experience with or understanding of ticketing systems
• Knowledge of standard IT support operations (incident and request handling)

Communication & Coordination Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform incident reporting and basic root-cause analysis
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to manage IT tasks

Documentation Skills

• Ability to create and update manuals for end users and IT staff
• Ability to create and maintain knowledge bases

Willingness and Passion to Learn

• Support the customer's PIC with IT tasks within the candidate's capabilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
