Kerja Sepenuh Masa IFM Executive (Civil - Building Maintenance), Gaji tinggi SGD 5,000 di SCAN BILT PTE - Maukerja

The IFM Executive (Civil & Building Maintenance) will be seconded to our client and embedded within the Real Estate team to support the identification, planning and execution of civil and building maintenance works across client facilities.

The role will act as the technical and coordination interface between our client’s Real Estate team and the appointed civil contractor, ensuring maintenance needs are properly identified, scoped, planned and delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work Identification & Site Assessment

• Conduct regular site inspections with the Real Estate team.
• Identify civil and building defects, deterioration and maintenance requirements.
• Assist in developing the initial scope of work for maintenance and minor project activities.
• Prepare site observations, photographs, sketches and preliminary recommendations where required.

2. Scope Development & Planning

• Develop clear work scopes together with stakeholders.
• Coordinate site surveys, measurements and technical information required for planning.
• Support preparation of work schedules, execution sequences and resource requirements.
• Identify access, operational, safety and constructability constraints before work starts.

3. Contractor Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the appointed civil contractor on site execution.
• Review contractor proposals, method statements and execution plan where required.
• Follow up on manpower, materials, equipment and work readiness.
• Ensure contractors understand required scope, quality expectations and completion dates.

4. Work Execution & Site Monitoring

• Monitor civil and building maintenance activities during execution.
• Highlight delays, technical issues or site constraints to the Real Estate team.
• Verify that works are completed in accordance with the agreed scope and required standard.
• Participate in inspections, punch-listing and work completion / handover activities.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure planned activities consider site safety and permit requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on PTW, risk assessments and method statements.
• Identify potential hazards during planning and site inspections.
• Ensure execution is carried out in accordance with applicable site procedures and requirements.

7. Reporting & Work Tracking

• Maintain an updated register of identified, planned, ongoing and completed works.
• Track work status, priorities, target dates and outstanding actions.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Real Estate team.
• Maintain supporting records including photographs, site findings and completion status.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in civil/building maintenance, construction or facilities maintenance.
• Experience working in an industrial, petrochemical or process plant environment would be advantageous.
• Able to interpret drawings, specifications and basic engineering details.
• Good understanding of civil and building repair methods and construction practices.
• Able to coordinate contractors and manage multiple maintenance activities concurrently.
• Strong site coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
