Requirements

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting and Finance fields
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in office applications (e.g., spreadsheets and word processing tools)
• Eager to learn, with a proactive and responsible work attitude

Affinity is looking for someone who is keen to gain practical exposure to day-to-day finance and accounting processes during their term or semester break. This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world assignments while working alongside experienced finance and advisory professionals. 

This position is based in the Kuala Lumpur / Selangor area. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including data entry, documentation and record keeping. 
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain proper accounting records
• Assist with account reconciliations and basic financial reporting tasks
• Participate in other finance-related administrative support functions
