Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: IT Service
Position Title: Logistics and Warehouse Officer
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + OT + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Follow instructions from your supervisor/company for transporting items/equipment.
Plan and coordinate the transport and delivery of goods to internal and external customers, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient routes.
Maintain and update delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Load and unload items/equipment safely.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and keep accurate records in warehouse management systems.
Implement and manage inventory control procedures to reduce stock discrepancies.
Ensure the warehouse complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Perform other related duties as needed.

At least 1 years of experience in logistics or a similar role.
Knowledge on how to use warehouse system will be a plus.
Having a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
