Job Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt frontline services and perform admin tasks.
• Assist in salespersons licensing matters such as registration and resignations and recruitment.
• Attending to walk-in, phone and email enquiries
• Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
• Identify and assess our salespersons' need to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with our salespersons through open and interactive communication
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Take the extra mile to engage our salespersons
• Assist in liaising and creating agency collaterals like name card design, mailers, etc.
• Assist in the design and creation of graphics, and layouts for making name cards

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in front-desk customer service and face-to-face customer interactions.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player who fosters a cooperative work environment
• Knowledge of creative design tools (e.g. Photoshop / Illustrator / Indesign /Canva) will be preferred.
• Work Location: Central Region
